The outdoors is where I have made my life and my living for the past 30 years. Moving my family into an RV full time in 1997, traveling, kayaking, fishing, camping, competing, and designing products and accessories for kayakers.
While I am best known for my whitewater kayaking achievements, including 4 World Championships titles, Whitewater Hall of Fame inductee, and over 100 wins in the past 15 years, my bass fishing has taken a bigger role.
Jackson Kayak was born in 2004 out of my desire to be free to create products that are market leading, niche, and relevant to enthusiasts. Our team are real people putting our products to use in the most extreme of situations and truly need the top end performance capabilities of the products we make. I am looking forward to years of hard use of my Orion Coolers at home, in my truck, RV, Boats, camping, and more. Follow my exploits here, on Facebook, or catch me somewhere around the globe.
